Making
very small quantities of wine from the highest quality fruit is
half our goal here at Covington Cellars. The other half is to make
our guests feel like family.
Founded in 2002 by
David and Cindy Lawson, this is a true labor of love. Our fruit
comes from some of the most respected vineyards in the state, including
Seven Hills Vineyard, Les Collines and Pepper Bridge Vineyards in
Walla Walla, as well as Klipsun and Kiona Vineyards on Red Mountain.
Our wines are hand crafted, gravity fed, and allowed to age gracefully
in a combination of French, American, and Hungarian oak barrels
for 18-22 months.
Our
Tuscan-inspired tasting room will envelop you in warmth and might
even inspire you to sign up for one of our wine classes, schedule
a private barrel tasting or winemaker dinner. No matter what you
choose, you're sure to leave with a true appreciation for our passion
for wine, food, and friendship.
