We knew when we bottled this
wine that we would wish we had made more. From the Alder Ridge
vineyard, this wine has big dark fruit and a hint of vanilla.
It is silky smooth, with medium body, so it will pair nicely
with a wide array of foods; from hearty meat dishes to pasta
with red sauce. Aged in 100% American Oak, the tannin level
is moderate so this wine can be enjoyed now or laid down for
several years.
