Winemaker Dinner Nov. 2nd, 2018
On Friday, November 2nd, we are hosting a Winemaker Dinner with Chef Aaron Tekulve, who has worked at Canlis, Café Juanita, and Lark just to name a few. Aaron now owns a pop up supper club called Surrell Seattle, and we’ve done a couple of dinners with him off site, but thought it was time to bring him to our place and have a magical night at the winery.
Aaron learned the finer nuances to cooking at a very high level with these very talented chefs. Aaron has since worked with the team at Coi a 3 Michelin Star restaurant in San Francisco, helped open Salare and consulted on restaurant openings. Recipes of Aaron’s have been featured by Wine Enthusiasts and in the Seattle Cooks cookbook highlighting 40 of Seattle’s very best chefs.
Aaron believes in cooking with strong technique and with love. Specializing in Modern Pacific Northwest Cuisine he pulls flavors and inspiration from the world's pantry.
