Our wine club members are truly who we make our wines for. 

They say life’s too short to drink bad wine - we agree. What we also believe is that life’s too short to buy wine you don’t love. Our wine club allows you to customize so you only buy the wines you choose. Imagine, a wine club where you get to drink the equivalent of two bottles a month of only the wines you love.

Members always get first shot at our wines, inside looks into the operation, and exclusive insight into upcoming wines and special events.

Our clubs are completely customizable. Every quarter you’ll get an email containing the wines we’ve selected to release. If you love them all – do nothing. But if any of them aren’t for you, simply click the link and make changes to your order. Oh, and while you’re in there, any additional wines you select will be given an additional 10% discount .

  • 6 or 3 bottles per release, 4 times per year

  • A discount on all wine purchases outside of Wine Club allocations, including glass pours and merchandise.

  • Access to club only wines, limited production wines, exclusive offers & library wines.

Join us this winter for our Wine Club Release party, featuring new wines, seasonally crafted bites by our chefs, and live music!

Our 6 Bottle Club members receive 4 complimentary tickets to all parties, and our 3 Bottle Club members receive 2 complimentary tickets. Additional guests and non-members are always welcome for a minimal fee!

wine club information

  • There is no cost to join the wine club.

  • We will keep your credit card on file in our secure system. You will receive an email one week prior to billing that will outline what’s in the new release and allow you to login and customize your wines before we charge your card.

  • 4 allocations per year, seasonally curated by our team.

  • Allocations are available for pick up anytime during or after a release weekend.

  • You are welcome to redeem your wine club tastings anytime during regular tasting room hours. The member on the account must be present. Simply let our staff know that you would like to use one of your wine club tastings.

  • Yes! One week prior to billing you will receive an email outlining the wines our winemaker has seasonally selected, and the ability to login to your wine club account and make any preferred changes to your wines.

  • If you have requested to have your wines shipped, all shipments are scheduled for Ground Shipping (unless otherwise requested) at the flat-rate of $25 (1-12 bottles) to the lower 48. We reserve the right to hold shipments due to temperature conditions until conditions change for favorable shipping. All members must take full responsibility for the condition of the wines as received if you choose not to follow the shipping guidelines as recommended regarding temperature conditions. We do not ship to PO Boxes, and do not cover the cost of returned and reshipped wine. All reshipped packages will have standard shipping charges applied. Any additional shipping charges incurred due to misdirected wines will be the members responsibility. Members are responsible for updating their shipping address prior to an allocation. All wine orders must be placed and received by adults 21 years or age or older. Members shipping to AK & HI will receive a $25 shipping credit. We do not ship to DE, KY, MS, NH, ND, SD RI & UT.

  • Members may pick up their wines anytime during or after the release weekend. We kindly ask club members to pick up their allocations within 90 days of release. We know life gets busy so if you can’t make it out to pick up your wines, we are happy to ship them to you. Wines left unclaimed beyond 90 days may be subject to substitutions of equal value.

  • Most changes can be made online by logging into your wine club account (login above). You may also contact our Wine Club coordinator at winelcub@covingtoncellars.com. Cancellations can be made after receiving a minimum of one allocation.
